CREATE AN ACCOUNT OR SIGN IN
Create an account, or if you've already done so, sign in. If you haven't
created an account or haven't logged on by the time you're checking out, no
worries; your “Visitors Cart” contents will be merged with your “Members
Cart” contents once you have logged on. SHOPPING CART
VISITORS CART
Every visitor to our online shop will be given a “Visitors Cart”. This allows
the visitor to store their products in a temporary shopping cart. Once the visitor
leaves the online shop, so will the contents of their shopping cart. MEMBERS CART
Every member to our online shop that logs in is given a “Members Cart”. This
allows the member to add products to their shopping cart, and come back at a
later date to finalize their checkout. All products remain in their shopping cart until the member has checked them out, or removed the products themselves.
To add an item to your shopping cart: Click on the item's “Add to Cart”
or “Buy Now” button. To remove an item, go to “Cart Contents” or “Shopping Cart” and check the box under “Remove” and press the “Update” button. CHECKOUT
When you are done shopping, click on “Checkout”. If paying by
credit card, our store policy requires that the mailing address match the billing
address. If you would like your order sent to an alternate address, we will
need to verify the alternate address by phone. MAIL ORDER
Step 1: Print out the order form: PDF-(Adobe Acrobat Reader required) or HTML
and complete it or write down on a sheet of paper the items you are ordering, including quantity, size, color, etc. The cost of shipping is listed on the order form as well as below. Please add shipping to the amount of your order. Please include your name, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address.
Step 2: We accept, in U.S. Dollars only, money orders, checks (please note, there is a waiting period for checks to clear), and cash (we do not recommend sending cash, but if you must, conceal it well). Make any money orders or checks payable to: DEDICATED PUBLICATIONS. Money orders and checks not written to Dedicated Publications will be returned.

ORDER BY PHONE Phone in your order at (408) 762-8624. We are not always able to get to the phone right away so please leave a message with your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We accept major credit cards over the phone, and rest assured, your information will be kept strictly confidential (please read our privacy statement for more details). 1. Billing Information: credit card type, credit card number, last 3 digits on the back of your card, expiration date, name as it appears on credit card, and the address where you receive your credit card statement.

SHIPPING
During the checkout process, you may choose the method of shipping you prefer.
The amount for shipping is calculated upon the weight of the item(s) you are
ordering and the location your order is to be shipped to. We mail most orders
through U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service) and in most instances, are able
to send to all 50 states and many overseas countries. Please note, if paying by
credit card, our store policy requires that the mailing address match the billing
address. If you would like your order sent to an alternate address, we will
need to verify the alternate address by phone.<
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES If you have received an item that is defective or have received an item that you did not order, please explain in detail the circumstances at info@cloutdistribution.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Please include your name, address, phone number and ordering information. Upon our approval you may return the item in exchange for a new one, or we may give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange completed. We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or an error occurred when filling your order.
